The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has published the official schedule for NEET UG Counselling 2025 on its website, mcc.nic.in. According to the notification, candidates who qualified in the NEET UG 2025 exam, held earlier this year, can begin registering for Round 1 of counselling from 21 July to 30 July 2025. The NEET UG 2025 results were announced on June 14.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th rounds of NEET UG counselling 2025 for admission to MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing courses under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ), as well as for central and deemed universities. This includes institutions like AIIMS, JIPMER, AMU, BHU, and ESIC. If seats remain vacant after the fourth round, stray vacancy rounds will be held to fill them.
Who can apply for NEET UG counselling 2025?
Only candidates who have qualified for NEET UG 2025 (result declared on 14 June 2025) are eligible to participate in the counselling process. The counselling includes the following categories:
- 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats
- 100% seats at AIIMS, JIPMER, BHU, AMU, and ESIC institutions
- Institutional quota seats handled by MCC
- AFMC and Insured Persons (IP) quota at ESIC
- Admissions to Central and Deemed Universities
